0 min: Add 1oz Willamette Hops
40 min: Add DME, Corn Sugar, Rice Syrup Solids, .4oz Kent goldings
60 min: Add 1oz Willamette hops
--End boil--
4. Cool wort, add to fermentor, add water till 5.5gal
5. pitch yeast
6. ferment 2 weeks at 65degrees
7. Steep hibiscus flowers for 15min (only use "tea", puree and freeze watermelon
8. Add to fermentor and cold crash
9. Let sit 1-2 days
10. Make jalapeno simple syrup: 1 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 2 jalapenos sliced
+ add all to secondary
11. taste test till desired
11. bottle and store bottles at 60 degrees for 4 days (check carbonation) then refrigerate |
