Notes: Steep grain 25 min. @ 160 degrees. Remove steeping bag and throw out of the window.
Add malt.
A large hotbreak will occur
Bring to rolling boil; Add hops; boil 60 min.
Add allspice and orange zest at final 8 min. (52 min from start of oil)
Add 1/2 whirlfloc tab at last 5 min.
After boil throw all bags (orange zest, spices, and hops) out the window
Chill.
Start yeast 1/2 hour before end of boil; pitch at 65 degrees (max 70). |

Add coffee and vanilla whole beans for last three days of secondary fermentation (day 11). Soak beans in bourbon for 15 minutes. |

Notes: Description:
Changed dry hop schedule to 5oz Mosaic instead of 1oz Cascade. Trying to get that nice aroma. It came out nice, but aroma faded as the keg aged. Great tasting IPA though and it won't get you plowed. |

350g Rakau
Grains:
Steep Grains for 30 minutes at 75 degrees
Remove Grains and boil for 90 minutes

60g Nelson Sauvin at 60 min boil
