3 grams of Fermaid-O as nutrient
1/4 tsp. - Irish moss
Added whirlpool hops at flameout for 10 minutes.
Transfered to a 5 gal. keg and chilled overnight.
Made a 1L. starter with second generation yeast.
Started Fermentation on 4/23/20 @ 60F
Dry hopped on 4/26/20 @ 8:00 p.m.
Removed dry hops on 4/29/20 @12:00
Fined with gelatin
**This beer turned out pretty amazing. Crystal clear, notes of honey, lime, and fruit salad. Really showcases the Motueka hops. |

started with 6.75gallon, last batch was 7.25 and it was too much wort
