Notes: This Beer is a my first attempt to recreate Hill Farm Steads "Three Magic Letters". I wasn't able to find any recipes online but was able to find they used Simcoe, Riwaka , and Nelson hops. Since Riwaka are tough to come by I substituted for Moteuka. The grain bill is based on a previous NEIPA recipe I brewed that had a similar flavor. Their is no way to tell if this is actually the way Hill Farm Stead brews it with out asking, but Its a start.
- No Nelson hops. Substituted with Mosaic
- No Golden Promise grains. Substituted Morris otter
