For this grain bill (7.55kg) it is pushing the capabilities of this machine in my opinion. (Mash being very thick).
BIAB would suit this size of malt better.
Lots of Trub at end of fermentation (25 deg. Celcius). Final volume for bottling = 15.5 litres.
