The roopu were small, but packed a powerful punch, much like the moutere hop and it's 18.5% aa. The Moutere hops signify the support the Battalion gave to their allies in WW1.  Chilled to 85 degrees
 
 Manually oxygenated and pump wort through metal strainer. 6 gallons in fermenter.
 
 Pitched Loki first generation
 
 Fastmenter and set temp control to 80 degrees.
 
 OG 1.060 with hydrometer
 
 Will dryhop 1oz of Citra and 0.5 oz sweet orange peel at 80% fermentation. (SG 1.021)
