My own immediate modifications from the original recipe * switched to 6lb LME Munich (instead of using 5lb Munich DME and 1lb Light DME) * swapped hops 'domestic hallertau' with 'Hallertauer Mittelfruh' * shop was out of Carapils - so used half the weight of a Caramel 40 as a replacement (if I recall weight correctly) * toned down the hops a bit - basically reduced by 25% for the hops added during boil - kept dry hop amt original This is a monster on * steeping grains * hops
