Notes: Beautiful pale Amber color. Strong aroma of grapefruit. Crisp grapefruit notes followed by a bitter finish. Very yummy and quite pleased how this turned out.
I was originally going to make this into a pale ale, but it is definitely too bitter. Will try another batch called Gluten Free Grapefruit Ale 1.1 that will be closer to a pale ale. |

Tillvägagångsätt:
Mäsktemperatur: 67°C i 60 minuter

Whirlpool humle tillsätts efter kok när temperaturen är cirka 90°C. Stoppa kylningen och rör runt.
