Notes: Carbonation was too low even after a few weeks of bottle conditioning ( original carbonationation was calculated on 1.8 so too little suguar added ) .
Recarbonated in my minikeg at 25 psi for 2 days, then down to 12 psi for one day.
Perfect result.
