This strain is ideally suited to the production of West Coast-style American craft beers, especially pale, IPA, red, and specialties. Notes: OG .052 for 5 gallons pitched Wyeast 1056 at 71 degrees
Might dry hop another .5 in the secondary for 5 days or so.
FG was .019 after 10 and a half days? Wanted to use US-05 instead of the Wyeast but they were out added close to a half ounce of Simcoe to dry hop for a few days.
4/2/15 Kegged after 5 days in 2nd final hydro read .016 - eh
6/3/15 0 OG .052-3 mashed around 150 to 154 90 mins 4 3/4 gllons. Pitched at 68 degrees.
6/10/15 - FG .008 for 5.78% added .5 of Simcoe dry hopped.
