Koko vierre mäskätään ja keitetään yhdellä kertaa. Vierteen jäähdyttyä lisätään 200-300g kaseiinia. Tämän jälkeen vierre jaetaan eri versioihin ja tehdään version mukaiset toimenpiteet.
Vanilja: Tangot lisätään käymisastiaan sellaisenaan.
Kahvi+suklaa: Kahvi ja suklaamallas kylmäuutetaan ja neste lisätään käymisen loppuvaiheessa. Kaakaonibsit steepataan tarvittavan aikaa. HUOM: Tarkasta pitääkö kylmäuutettu neste kiehauttaa vai kitkeröityykö.
Banaani: Käytetään WLP300, lisätään banaania tai aromia käymisastiaan. Selvitetään kumpi parempi.
Mansikka: Lisätään mansikkaesanssia käymisastiaan, mahdollisesti punaista elintarvikeväriä.
Pina colada: Lisätään asianmukaista esanssia käymisastiaan. |
