I think the Mash Thermometer is erratic, mash getting too high and creating unfermentable sugars Gel in 24-Mar FG readings taken over last 3 days (Today 26-apr), stable @ 1.011. Subtle Tropical fruit flavours, stronger than last time hopefully ok when cold and carbonated fully.
