Subbed EKG for Styrian Golding, 2 oz more hops total.

Honey - at flameout - 48 fluid oz should equate to 4.5 lbs of honey. This is roughly 10% of the fermentables, by weight. According to Brewer's Friend, with 100% attenuation, this should bump the ABV from 5.1% to 6.41%.
