Notes: Mesk med 25 liter vann på 68 grader (synker til 66 når malten has i) i 60 min. Utmesk på 78 grader i 10 min.
Skyll med 7.1 liter vann på 79 grader.
Målet er et kokevolum på 28 liter.
Mål SG/Boil Gravity (1.041).
Kok i 90 minutter og tilsett humle ihht oppskriften.
0.5 gram Irish Moss og 0.5 gram gjærnæring tilsettes samtidig med Cascade når det er 15 min igjen.
Sett også oppi kjøleren for desinfisering i 15 min.
Mål OG til 1.046.
Avkjøl til 20 grader. Rehydrer gjæren i mellomtiden.
La vørteren hvile i 30 min for utfelling av bunnstoffer.
Tapp til gjæringskar,rist inn oksygen, og pitch gjæren.
Rist litt etter pitching.
Gjæres 3-4 dager på 16-17 grader. Øk til ca 20 grader og gjær videre. Tørrhumle etter 7 dager.
Flaske når FG er 1.008. Prime med 6 gram sukker pr.l. øl
