About 26°Brix (1.110 SG) Mash temperature is high to retain more unfermentable sugars Lightly simmer grape must ~15 minutes to kill unwanted yeasts/molds before adding directly to fermenter. Transfer cooled wort on top.

It was a very tasty light, slightly tart Summer drinker. My only mistake was that I used store-bought frozen strawberries, unfortunately I couldn't get my hands on fresh strawberries at that time. I would have used Belma hops instead of huell melon but to be fair, all of the ingredients were leftovers apart from the malts.
