Great beer. Great big hop flavour. Would definitely brew again for something with a big hop aroma. The grain bill is probably my favourite. Only things to change would be IBUs a bit too high. Maybe work down to 40. Also mouth feel was a little light. Mash temp a bit higher? Mash out maybe? |
