Notes: Beer has a strong banana flavor after one week of priming in the bottle. After 2-3 weeks, the flavor turns to more citrus. I only add dry malt to the boil for higher ABV. I had half at 30 mins and the rest at 10. I recommend this if you are looking for a great German Beer. After living in Germany for five years, I was able to create an awesome beer. |
