Had to change it up a bit to fit what I have onhand. swapped out the oats for flaked barley and reduced the overall flaked to just 2 pounds rather than 2.75 pounds to fit my mash tun. Also changed the hops to just a charge of Magnum. Will likely use Voss Kveik (ABV 12%) yeast or Nottingham (ABV 14%). Either way, it will be fermented at a low temp. Did a 2 Liter starter 3 days before pitching and decanted the excess wort. Steep the Chocolate and Black barley rather than mash due to MT size constraints.
