This is my second attempt at building this recipe. First one was a SMaSH beer that landed thin and lacked complexity. I was trying to build a good lawnmower beer, but it needed modification. Just bottled today (Jan 22, 2024) and I'm happy with how it turned out. Maybe not lawnmower worthy, but was very balanced.

Fermented for a week...1.018, dry hopped for 3.5 days then cold crash..and direct transfer to keg...there was a ton of trub that needed to clear before an easy flow into the keg...look forward to tasting it tonight!
