The yeast is not offered on this list; it is WLP -030 - Tames Valley yeast, an English Yeast. The Norther Brewer was supposed to be Nugget but I was using up resources FIFO. Review - This beer was made for a camping trip in Indian Mountain. This was the first keg to go and was a crowd favorite. Some notes, I am glad I used an English yeast for this beer. The English yeast imparted a better more full mouthfeel. I would default to this Kentucky Common recipe from here on out as this has the most rounded qualities of any of the versions I have completed yet.
