Notes: Tasting notes. No bacon no maple. lol! Just a good coffee stout may try again and up the seed amount or stop screwing around and add maple syrup and bacon extract flavor
Bacon from BYO magazine Cook on parchment paper 350 degrees for at least 15 minutes unitl crispy but make sure the bacon doesn't get burned. Pat with paper towels. For 5 gallon batch cook enough to end up with 5 oz of crispy cooked bacon.
Dry hop in a mesh bag and taste daily.
Coffee 6 ounces rough crack the beans also use a mesh bag. We learned that last time.
