Notes
Adding 2 8lb bags of ice and 1 gal distilled water
1) 4 gal of Ft Collins tap water in pot
2) Heat to 164F, add grain to pot with nylon grain bag
3) Maintain temp 150F for 60 mins
4) Remove the grain and dispose of grain
5) Heat to boil (205F)
6) At beginning of boil .5oz herkules hops (60 mins boil)
7) Last 5 mins 1oz Saaz hops
8) Stop boil, move pot to sink very carefully add ice/water to pot
9) Sani fermy, dump
10) Add cooled wort to fermy, take hydrometer sample, pitch yeast around 60F
