Notes: Built to try out kveik yeast,
Steep grains in 2.5g of water for 20 minutes. Start boil. Add half LME. Follow hop schedule. Add other half LME @ 15 minutes.
For whatever reason, the SG was super low after boil. (1.037) So I added 3lb of boiled DME. That brought the SG up. (1.054)

Notes: Steep grains for 25 minutes at approximately 160F (don't exceed 170F).
Add DME while heating to boil after steeping.
Add 1.5oz Mosaic at boil.
Boil 60 minutes.
Cool to 170F, then whirpool hops for 20 minutes.
Chill wort to 70F before pitching.
Dry hop 2-3 days after fermentation begins.
Cold crash @ 45F for 1-3 days until trub settles out.

I think i should start with more water, or rinse the grain with like 1L of clean water after the mash?
like 75% efficiency.
Double milling the grains worked great - i think
letting the bag go kinda loose n the pot was also a good move.
Not much evaporation.
