Built to try out kveik yeast,
Steep grains in 2.5g of water for 20 minutes. Start boil. Add half LME. Follow hop schedule. Add other half LME @ 15 minutes.
For whatever reason, the SG was super low after boil. (1.037) So I added 3lb of boiled DME. That brought the SG up. (1.054)
Dry hop @ 1.011
