Cacao nibs + bourbon tincture at cold crash. Gelatin fined after.

Lakning 5 ggr därefter med 75 grader vatten till total volym 4.8 liter
Häll i DME (totalvolym ska bli 6 liter) och koka upp (Total volym blev 5,7)....När DME kokar är rolling boil på inställning 9
Tillsätt humle enligt tabell
Rehydrera jästen (1,5 dl vatten 35 grader varmt)
Efter kylning tilsätt vatten till total volym 10 liter
Mät OG. Sedan tilsätt jäst
