Smithwick's was pretty bland when we tasted it.
I am guessing on color a little lighter due to 350 deg roasted barley and previous experience.
Bumping hops down slightly from Sept 8, 2019 recipe
Alternatively, could use Maris Otter instead of Skagit Pale. |
