Dry Hopping Notes:
Dry Hopping should happen on day 7 of fermentation.
Based on notes, we should crash beer to 60 degrees after primary fermentation, cleaning out fermenter and dry hop for 5 days.
Then cold crash after the 5 days.
Water profile:
Based on video, this guy used poland sprint water and added the designated water agents.
Note:
Dry hopping hops, we should try to use cryo hops for higher yield.

Notes: 18 литров воды нагреть до 26 гр.С, всыпать весь солод, исключив кислый, оставить на 5 минут
взять 4 литра затора (после этого всыпать кислый солод в основной затор), нагреть до 45-ти градусов и оставить на 30 минут, далее нагреть до 62-х и оставить на 30 мин.
далее кипятить отварку 20 мин.
Далее соединить отварку с затором, температура должна подняться до
40гр.С, оставить на 30 минут, далее нагреть до 63гр.С и оставить на 20 минут, нагреть до 66 и оставить на 20 мин., нагреть до 72гр.С выдерживать 30 мин., взять 6.5 литра затора, кипятить 10 минут и соединить с затором.
Отфильтровать, промыть.
Объем промывочный воды - 20 литров.
Брожение:
16гр. - 6 дней
подъем до 19-ти по градусу в день, потом снижение по градусу в день до 13-ти, потом до 10
