No change in gravity after 8 days. lots of action & krause formation first 5 days. did some mixing to aerate on the 5 day. between trub & other waste ended up with 15L bottled. Not what I was hoping for but hey, it's ~10% abv. LME I used was very dark. May have been an old kit. Didn't think to look before I brewed. Final colouring is a lot darker than I would expect from the style. Some banana flavors on finishing.
