Notes: Made a pint starter of DME with Notty Dry pack overnight at 70 degrees.
Pitched at 1pm with wort at 70F. Moved immediately to 65F basement. Fermentation within 4 hours, vigorous for 2 1/2 days. Great attenuation and yeast pack.
Boil 45 minutes total (to save evaporation) add hops last 30, Whirlfloc last 15. 5.75 gallons in carboy
Use bag for whole hops
