Ferment at 66°F (19°C) for two days, then allow temperature to rise to 74°F (23°C), rack and condition 5 to 7 days before packaging. |

I feel like these AHA recipes are all a bit more simple that the others, but use traditional yeasts at lager fermentation temperatures. They need time I don't really have (poor planning, maybe next year?)
Overall, going bigger and malty overall per the request of co-brewer. I will mash for 90 near 150ºF to get more fermentability. |
