The brainchild of our small batch brewer, George Woods. A dangerously drinkable milk sugar- infused Scotch Ale. Lots of malt in this one. Mash-in in stages, and spread the pale ale malt throughout the mash to provide stability. If the mash starts to sink, stop, wait a few minutes while mixing, then start again.

Notes: 1. Get water to steaming / pre boil
2. Mix In Sugars
4. Boil for only a few minutes
5. Chill, add yeast nutrient, Transfer to Fermentor
6. Pitch Yeast when fully cooled down
7. After Fermentation - add biofine and cold crash as low as possible.
8. Add 3 tbsp blood orange Extract Flavor to each keg and fill with the seltzer
(Alternative - replace clear extract with amoretti)
