7. Primary for ~1 week

+ 4.0oz Tangerine Puree on day 3
+ 3.0oz Tangerine Puree on day 7
8. Cool to ~40F on day 9-11
9. Move to secondary for 7 days (Dry Hop in bag on day 2)
