  1. Mash in @ 150 F with 6 Gal for 60 min + 2tsp Calcium Chloride to strike water
  2. Mash out with 2 Gal @ 162 for 10 min
  3. Sparge with 2 Gal @ 168
  4. BOIL Schedule 60 min: (~7 Gal Wort)
    • 0.6 lb Lactose @ 50 min
    • 2.5tsp Yeast Nutrient @ 50 min
    • 4.0 oz Orange Peel @ 55 min (Sumo, Cara Cara, Navel)
  5. Cool/OG/Collect 5.5 Gal beer
  6. Pitch yeast
  7. Primary for ~1 week
    • 0.5oz Mandarina Bavaria on day 2-3
    • 4.0oz Tangerine Puree on day 3
    • 3.0oz Tangerine Puree on day 7
  8. Cool to ~40F on day 9-11
  9. Move to secondary for 7 days (Dry Hop in bag on day 2)
    • 0.5oz Mandarina Bavaria
    • 3.0oz Orange peels
    • 2oz Amoretti Tangerine Puree
    • 2 Vanilla beans (split and crushed)
    • 0.6 lb lactose
  10. Cold crash 2 days
  11. Keg or bottle
