사실 구연산은 오렌지 주스나 레몬 주스같은걸로 대체 가능함
여러 글을 읽다보면 mash 할때부터 pH를 떨어트리는게 좋다 와 다 하고나서 pH를 조절하라는 말이 설왕설래하는데 뭐가 맞는지를 모르겠음...
