add .75 oz (whole cracked) coriander and .5 oz (by weight) pure sea salt at 8 min
cool to 75 to 70
pitch with s 05
let it set until fermentation is complete
cold crash at 40 degrees for 2 days
transfer to secondary
add blackberry puree
