Notes: Hop stand added on top of boil hops; raised and jostled hop bag often during 15 minute stand.
3:00 pm: Immersion chiller in ice bath through plate chiller recirculated down to 170° then straight to fermenter finished at 90°; refrigerated for 7 hours to 68° and pitched 11g US05 yeast. Activity within 10 hours.
34 hours: Fermenting at 70° showing 1 inch of krausen, airlock burps every 2-3 seconds.
