I first started brewing in 2008 as a "hands-on" hobby. My first "system" consisted of a Coleman ice chest as a mash/lauter tun and 30-liter hot liquor/boil kettle.
Today I'm using three 70-liter pots and a HERMS design that my son-in-law and I put together.
My beers have been very well received by my colleagues and members of my community.
I brew mostly Pilsner style and American IPAs.
I have also dabbled in wheat beers and dark ales.
