Notes: One time named the 81st best beer in the world..and you can make it!!
If you are a hop-head, you will fall hard for this beer...
Ferment for 7 days, or until fermentation slows, rack onto hops for dry hopping in secondary fermenter, and leave for 14 days.
Add Gelatin (optional) 3 days prior to bottling and cold crash in fridge to clear up chill haze for a super clean, crisp beer.
TONS OF HOP AROMA AND FLAVOR!!!
Enjoy ~HG |

Notes: Ferment primary 14 days.
Rack to secondary onto hops and nectar.
14 days secondary, or until fermentation stops. Add Gelatin 3 days before bottling to clarify.
Bottle and condition 21 days, refrigerate, and enjoy.
Hint: You will need your primary fermentation vessel for secondary since you are adding 1 Gallon of fruit nectar. The nectar adds more fermentable sugars and will boost your ABV up to 7% +-.
This brew has an excellent Mango nose and subtle peach flavor with a nice, citrus-y tang to it. Great summer beer. |

| Notes: ABV is higher due to Cointreau and Tequila (no complaints). Turned out really well! I was cautious with the spice so I added the two chopped Habaneros (which sat in wood aged tequila with pineapple) to the 2.5 gallons. It turned out spicy but really nice especially cold. Id say for my next batch I'll probably do 3 Habaneros for the whole 5 gallons to leave a little more room for the lime, salt, pineapple, etc to shine but a really awesome and unique summer beer! Hope you enjoy! |

This beer will be crystal clear, nice head retention and mouthfeel, and just a nice hot weather beer. |
