Notes: At bottling, I experimented with a couple of bottles and added 20mL of coffee with a proportion of 1:20 (coffee beans:water). Really shined the coffee flavours and was pretty tasty, but the profile of the beer practically dissapeared. Try with less coffee if you want a more balanced coffee stout. |
