Notes

At bottling, I experimented with a couple of bottles and added 20mL of coffee with a proportion of 1:20 (coffee beans:water). Really shined the coffee flavours and was pretty tasty, but the profile of the beer practically dissapeared. Try with less coffee if you want a more balanced coffee stout.

Very tasty beer. Sweetness isnt cloggy and the roasted and chocolate notes really stand out. One of the best stouts ive made and tasted. Was aiming for more body on the beer but i dont mind how it turned out.

9/10
