During the 60 minute mash, will stir, measure gravity and temperature after 20 and 40 minutes, hoping to improve mash extraction. During the 60 minute boil, will add hops starting at 30 minutes, then again at 5 and knockout. All hops will be bagged. For the knockout hops, will do hop stand for 20 minutes before starting to cool the wort.
