Completely guessing on the amount and add times, based loosely on pale ales I've made in the past. Although ounces are described in Leaf/Whole that was so I could make equate it to what I've know. Since these are wet hops I multiplied the Leaf/Whole weight by 5 for the additional water weight for fresh hops.
