Notes: Parti-gyle Wheat
4.5 gallons of first runnings will create the Dunkelweizen with addition of 0.5 gallons liquid from steeped (late edition) grains to the boil. Addition of Tettnanger hops per brew schedule and use of WB-06 wheat beer yeast to follow.
Remaining wort plus sparge water will create the Berliner Weisse that will sit overnight at 90 F with addition of 1 lb pale malt to sour and be boiled the next day. Addition of hallertau hops per schedule and use of Kveik Voss to ferment will finish the party. |

| Notes: Essentially, just mash the grains like normal (I do higher to get more sweetness). Then boil for 10 minutes and add some aroma hops. Then pour that into 3.75 gallons of Apple Cider (represented by cane sugar addition) in the fermenter. Chill to pitching temp and pitch yeast. |
