Took 30 minutes to drain 7.5 gallons into boil kettler. Going to boil extra 20 minutes to reduce. Pre boil Brix 11.0 Added hops according to schedule. Forgot Zero hops and added when cold. Clogged valve. Final Brix: 15.0 SG+1.061 12/18: transfered to secondary corny keg SG 1.015 ABV 6.04%
