Notes: 1.17.21. Not sure if I measured OG but the FG is 1.004 suggesting pizza yeast is really attenuative. Tasted a little flat today while bottling. Smells kinda rubbery, fruity, really a lot of off flavors. Kind of like cheap awful brandy.
