Airlock bubbles started within the first 6hrs (temp was 70F) and went strong for about 1 day Temp increased to about 72F on day 2 bubbling still going but slowed somewhat (bubble about every few seconds) After about a week Temp settled around 66F and maintained for 3 weeks 4 days Brought fermenter up from basement 1 day before bottling on 23-May, Temp 68-70F 24-May-2019 Primed with 4.6 oz of dextrose in 2 cups water FG= 1.012 Abv: 6.6% Taste: very bitter, not in a bad way though. It’s good but next time maybe minus the 60 min addition and add a dry hop to make it more juicy
