Notes: Dry-hopping with Palisade was a last minute decision, spurred by a) a worry the Crystal by itself would be too monotonous and b) the arrival of a batch of hops including Palisade. And it works well. There's a big, smooth, bitter tea-like background from the Crsytal, with a hint of fruitiness from the Palisade to give it lift. |

Notes: Green Mountain Mashers club brew (first meeting for me) - 26 gallon batch with this profile. I took a 3 gal carboy home, pitched Hornindal kveik the next day (underpitched intentionally) at 81F. Dry hopping and adding amylase to DRY it out after 48-60 hours of primary. |
