Getting back in the hobby after many years. I like all-grain brewing. I am focused on small batches. I like the concept because it does not hurt my back, I can brew more quickly to get a recipe perfected.
My Beers:
From the early days, I made Scottish Ales, Porters and Brown Ale. Today I am much more interested in Cream Ale, Pale Ale, Scottish Ale and lower ABV. The older I get, the more I prefer lower ABV.
