Final note: One of the nicest beers I have ever made. Four weeks after brewing and three weeks after bottling, it tastes fantastic. Next time, I will let it sit in the fermenter for two full weeks. I think it will be even better.
This beer is turning out much better than expected, and it is not even carbonated yet. Think it will be outstanding,
Pitched yeast at 90 degrees. Fermentation happened around 70 degrees.
I live in Texas where it is difficult to lager. This yeast does the job. Im sold.
