I am working on a base recipe that I can add different fruits and spices to over time. This particular batch is the first attempt. I added rice solids to help dry out the beer. once I get this dialed in, I want to make a cucumber and ginger. or a lemon grass ginger. I am thinking about using juniper and even watermelon. I want this to be a nice light summer refresher.
